Full Bodied Silicone Payten - BLANK KIT

This is baby Paisley(girl)/Payten(boy). This is a limited edition of only 15 boys and 15 girls plus 2 artist proofs. They are a good newborn size at 19-20" long and weighing about 8 pounds. They wear mostly newborn clothing, but also some smaller 0-3 months as well. I have developed a mechanism inside these babies that allows the head, neck and upper chest to have a bit of firmness with very little stretch like a real baby, without losing the ability to turn the head side to side. I also have optional arm armatures available for them. Please contact me directly if you would like to add them to your baby....they are $200 extra. I really love the softer silicone babies, but lets face it....a real baby's head and upper chest are not that squishy, so I don't care for that feeling in a silicone baby either! :D The more I work with this precious baby, the more I fall in LOVE! She has the perfect balance of squishiness and firmness in all the right places. I can hardly wait to see all the different versions of her! Or him! The blank kits can be poured in either Ecoflex 20 or a little softer than Ecoflex 20 (not quite Ecoflex 10). I will not pour them super marshmallow soft. I believe there is a limit to the softness...simply because of the integrity of the silicone. Super soft silicone is much more fragile than the more firm silicone. They are still too new to know how they will hold up over time. There is still so much to be learned about them by artists and collectors alike. These kits are custom poured, so please allow 10-14 days for shipping. Finished babies in the photos are NOT available!
